For marketing intelligence on incoming tourism to Britain, visit www.staruk.org or the Office of National Statistics and International Passenger Survey on www.statistics.gov.uk

See www.visitbritain.org/ukindustry for info on overseas markets and marketing opportunities with VisitBritain.

www.visitlondon.com/corporate has plenty of free visitor stats relating to London - look in the Facts and Figures section.

The Association of London Government has published some key facts and figures about London, including diversity, education, culture and tourism and the boroughs. Visit www.alg.gov.uk

The Greater London Authority publishes monthly bulletins featuring current information on London’s economy. Visit www.london.gov.uk

For admissions to tourist attractions who are members of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA), check out www.alva.org.uk

The British Incoming Tour Operators Association (BITOA) is the official trade body representing UK inbound tourism. Visit www.bitoa.co.uk to view the latest business barometer.

FootFall provides customer counting technology and statistics to both the retail and retail property sectors. They measure the numbers of people at various retail locations nationwide. www.footfall.com

The Meetings Industry Association publishes quarterly reports on the UK conference industry, with information on the results of interviews with 300 association (not for profit) organisers and 300 corporate buyers. For more info see www.meetings.org.
