Marketing Planning

The two most common mistakes in marketing are: 1) assuming that marketing means only using promotional tools such as the internet, direct mail or print; 2) that doing a SWOT analysis is all that marketing planning involves. Of course it doesn't - the SWOT analysis not only has to be undertaken but also considered so you can actually minimise the weaknesses and threats and maximise the strengths and opportunities.

Marketing planning means working out exactly who your target markets are, being aware of your competitors, developing a brand (not just a logo), and deciding how you will move forward. If you'd like to know more about marketing planning take advantage of one of our free e-learning workshops right now. It will take you all the way through the marketing planning process and can take as little or as long as you want.
